Rosemary for Hair Growth

Rosemary is a surprisingly beneficial herb that can have many medicinal uses, one of which is stimulating hair growth. It contains organic compounds that stimulate blood flow to the scalp and thus cause new hair growth faster. Using rosemary in your regular hair care routine will condition your hair, make it shiny and silky, and solve a number of scalp problems like dandruff and itchy, dry scalp. Using rosemary for hair care is very simple, all you need to do is make a hair herb or hair rinse tea.

Rosemary is loaded with phytochemicals that are rich potential sources of natural compounds such as phenolic diterpenes, phenolic flavonoid acids, and essential oils. Nearly 90% of the antioxidant activity is mainly due to the high content of non-volatile components ascarnosic acid and carnosol (phenolic diterpenes) and rosmarinic acid. These phytochemicals have antibacterial and antifungal properties, make your hair shine and stimulate hair growth.
