How to make easy bread at home: soft and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 800 g wheat flour
- 540 g water
- 25 g salt
- 7 g dry yeast
METHOD
- Put the flour with the dry yeast and salt in a bowl and mix well
- Add water and mix.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour
- Flatten the dough slightly, then fold (at least 3 times)
- Place the dough in a hot Dutch oven, cover and bake at 250°C/480F for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the cover and continue baking for 20 minutes to allow the bread to brown
- When the bread is ready, remove the Dutch oven and let the bread cool for at least 1 hour before slicing
