Onion – 1 piece

Ginger – 3 cm piece
Lemon – 2 pieces

Honey – 2 tablespoons
Water – 1 liter


How to prepare:

Prepare the ingredients:
Onion: Peel and finely chop the onion.
Garlic: Peel and crush the garlic clove.
Ginger: Peel and slice the ginger into thin slices or grate it.
Lemon: Wash the lemons well and cut them into slices with the peel intact.
Boil the water:
In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon slices to the boiling water.


Simmer the mixture:
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Add the turmeric and black pepper:
After simmering, add 2 tablespoons of turmeric and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper. This combination will enhance the absorption of turmeric’s active compound, curcumin.
Cool and strain:
Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Strain the liquid into a container to remove the solid ingredients.


Add Honey:
