How to make The Delicious Orange Cream Cake!
Ingredients:
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- Fresh orange juice
- 2-3 oranges
- Sprinkle sugar to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 350 ml whipped cream for desserts
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 250 grams of Greek yogurt
Method :
Take the roll of puff pastry,
unroll it and place a 22 cm circle in the center, press lightly to cut it out.
Remove the circle and with a wheel cut the dough to remove the remaining corners,

Using a fork, prick the bottom of the puff pastry obtained then brush it with orange juice.
