How to Make a Rosemary Conditioner to Darken Your Hair and Stop Hair Falling
Hair loss is one of the most common problems for men and women, especially when your hair is too thin, already thin and gray. Using dyes can further damage your hair and make it fragile, thus accelerating hair loss.
Every day, we lose 50 to 100 hairs as part of their life cycle. However, certain factors can weaken the follicles to the point where entire strands of hair are left behind every time we wash them.
Factors such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes, diseases such as anemia or thyroid disorders, and the abuse of chemicals can further accelerate hair loss.
Although there are a number of commercial products that can be used to both stop hair loss and hide gray hair , most of them contain compounds such as sulfates, parabens, petrolatum and paraffins that dehydrate and damage the hair.
A great option for beautiful hair is to use products made with natural ingredients such as rosemary , which not only strengthens the scalp , but also promotes hair pigmentation to prevent gray hair , regulates sebum and gives shine to the hair fibers.
You need:
5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
half a liter of water
half a liter of apple cider vinegar
7 drops of rosemary essential oil
10 tablespoons of sulfate and paraben-free conditioner
Wash and cook the rosemary in water for at least 40 minutes. Then drain and let sit overnight.
The next day, add the apple cider vinegar, essential oil, and conditioner, and mix well to avoid lumps and integrate the ingredients together.
Pour the solution into a clean bottle. The natural rosemary conditioner is ready to use.
All you have to do is use this conditioner right after washing your hair. Apply it all over your hair, right down to the ends, and let it sit for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water and combing your hair as normal.
