Garlic contains important substances such as alliin, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and mineral salts such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, sulfur, bromine, iron and much more. Lemon is also rich in vitamin C and its effects are powerful in fighting colds and flu.

What you need to prepare a natural antibiotic
To obtain a natural antibiotic at home, you only need a few ingredients that we usually already have in the kitchen. In this way we can prepare an effective and economical product, here is what you need:


2 kilos of fresh garlic
1 lemon
2 bay leaves
1 and a half tablespoons of coarse salt
1 teaspoon of lemon salt
1 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar (300 ml)
2 1 liter glass jars
How to prepare garlic


In order to use garlic for this beneficial recipe for the winter, it is necessary to clean it well and remove the tufts and skin. Here’s how to do it:

cut the part of the garlic stem from the accessory with a knife, making a clean cut
tear off the shells so that there are two leaves on top
cut the pompom part from the bottom without damaging the garlic
make sure that the garlic remains free of tufts and skin

Perform the same procedure on all the bulbs and you will have the garlic ready to wash it and then use it for the preparation of the antibiotic.

Procedure for putting the garlic in the jar
After cleaning the garlic and cutting the stems, wash it by placing it in a glass bowl with water, making sure it is very clean and then drain it carefully.

Take the two 1 liter glass jars and fill them with garlic up to the mouth. While arranging the bulbs, place 1 bay leaf in each jar and two or three slices of lemon , then continue with the rest of the garlic until the jars are completely full.

Pour the solution obtained into the two jars with the garlic that you have prepared previously, making sure to pour it in equal parts . Add hot drinking water until the jars are full, and above all make sure to cover the garlic well.

Close the jars tightly with clean lids and store them in a cool place, away from sunlight . Keep them closed for two weeks and shake them well from time to time to better mix the ingredients.
