1 1/2 lemons
1 piece of chili pepper
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon of dill seeds
Half a teaspoon of coriander seeds
a handful of black pepper
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
3 cloves
2 teaspoons of coarse salt
1 carafe of cold water
