In this case, it is not a natural remedy, nor an old grandmother’s secret, but a ploy to avoid spending a lot of money on unnecessary expenses. It is a kind of multiplier of a product that affects the family budget as an expense and that we can develop in this way in a very simple way, without losing efficiency.

Every day, the sink is subjected to great stress: there are a lot of dishes to rinse constantly and it often happens that you run out of detergent. Dilute it with water is useless, because it disperses its sanitizing properties. But there is a trick to dilute it by giving it power!

To prepare a dishwashing soap with only two ingredients, you will need:

an empty and clean pouring spout or spray bottle,
a 1-liter airtight glass jar,
isopropyl alcohol, a colorless and volatile alcohol with a very characteristic odor, normally used to clean device screens,
our usual dishwashing soap or Marseille soap,


First, pour 750 ml of water into the jar, then add 120 ml of dishwashing soap or Marseille soap, mix well, then add 60 ml of isopropyl alcohol. This ingredient combines perfectly with the detergent and enhances its value. In this way, we ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene. Screw the lid on and shake the container vigorously to mix all the ingredients, then let it sit for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

The next day, transfer the solution to the spray bottle or dispenser and use it for dishes, but not only! This product is also perfect for cleaning bathroom ceramics, bathroom accessories, kitchen countertops and all surfaces that need to be disinfected daily.

Just use a small dose to achieve a result unattainable with any other detergent on the market.
