A real “must-have” indoor plant, orchids can see their flowering blocked if you do not take good care of them. If you do not have a green thumb, but your greatest wish is to see orchids bloom for a long time, then here is the secret.

Orchids: the nursery technique to ensure flowering for 12 months
This is a method that is still very little known, but which is really worth trying because of its effectiveness. It is a technique that is based on a natural ingredient with multiple virtues.

We want to tell you about a very popular condiment in the kitchen: garlic. All you will need for this tip is a head of garlic. To do this, here are the steps to follow:

Cut the garlic into small cubes; Place in an airtight glass jar;
Pour in one liter of water and close the jar tightly;
Cover with a cloth;
Wait 24 hours, until the mixture has macerated well in the dark;
If possible, extend the fermentation time;
Use a sieve to filter the solution and collect in a bottle;
Water the orchids with the solution, alternating with water.

Taking good care of orchids:
Here are some important rules to take into account to properly care for orchids:

Choose a location in a place that receives good light, but is not too exposed to the sun’s rays;
Place the orchids in a high-sided, transparent vase;

To repot orchids, it is important to carefully observe the blackened roots and cut them without hesitation;
Place the orchid in a pot and cover with a bark-based substrate;
Preferably, water with distilled water or rainwater;

Water once a week and by immersion for half an hour;
Or, you can water from above, making sure that the water does not land on the leaves;
Avoid stagnation at all costs to avoid rotting the roots.
