- Remove coffee stains.
Clean mugs with coffee or tea stains don’t look particularly good. To get them looking clean again, you can use rinse pads. Fill them with warm water and then dissolve a tablet or even just a small piece in cups that need a more thorough cleaning.
- Give vases and pitchers a new shine.
Glasses and carafes are notoriously difficult to clean and often become cloudy due to hard water. To get them sparkling again, use a dishwashing tablet that dissolves hard water stains. Clean baking sheets of baked-on food residue by placing the tray in the sink (make sure it is flat), placing a dishwasher tablet in the center and running hot water gently to remove residue and grease. Use oven mitts for protection and rinse and scrub with soap and water if necessary.
- Clean the microwave thoroughly.
Wipe the appliance of any crumbs and remove the turntable. Then wipe with a cloth dampened with tablet solution. This removes sticky residue and keeps the appliance spotless.
