Sweet Chocolate Buns

Fluffy pastries on the inside and crispy on the outside, filled with sweet chocolate chunks. This gourmet breakfast is easy to make and perfect for those days when you want to treat yourself to something sweet and satisfying.

Ingredients
84g Manitoba flour
67g “00” flour
27g butter
25g of sugar
6g of brewer’s yeast
70g of milk
27g whole egg
1g of salt
For the filling
250g hazelnut cream
Preparation
First dissolve the yeast in the milk.
In a bowl, mix the flours, sugar, milk, egg and salt.
Form a homogeneous dough by adding the butter.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for a few hours.
Then divide the dough into blocks of 35 g each.
Let it rise for 1 hour.
Brush with milk and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
