Preparing your own detergent is not complicated at all, you just need to properly dose the ingredients to be able to start using a product that will be your great ally in cleaning the house.
How to wash floors with natural ingredients
To start, you need a bottle, even if it is plastic, that will allow you to shake the mixture you are going to create. Pour 100 ml of water into the bottle, preferably warm to better mix the ingredients. In proportion to the water, use half a tablespoon of white vinegar and one tablespoon of baking soda. If you have large spaces to clean you can double or triple the doses, so for 200 ml of water you will need one tablespoon of white vinegar and two of baking soda.
Then close the bottle and shake well until the ingredients have combined into a single homogeneous mixture.
If you want a scented cleaner, you can choose essential oils to add while mixing. You won’t need to change the proportions of the ingredients if you decide to add essential oils. The advice is to use an essential oil with a natural composition, so as not to have too strong, unpleasant or chemical smells.
In this way, you will have obtained a natural detergent to clean the floor. The mixture does not require rinsing, just pass it over the floor normally, with a mop or a wrung-out cloth and wait for it to dry to enjoy the result.
