3 Light Shortcrust Pasta
You will learn how to prepare a light shortcrust pastry, perfect for pie and quiche recipes. By using wholesome ingredients like whole wheat flour and olive oil, you can make a delicious and healthy crust for your favorite meals.
1 – Light classic shortcrust pastry
- 200g flour
- 80g light butter
- 1 egg
- 30 g lukewarm water
- 1 pinch of salt
2 – Shortcrust pastry without butter
- 200g flour
- 35g oil
- 80 g lukewarm water
- 1 pinch of salt
3 – Shortcrust pastry without fat
- 200g flour
- 100 g of 0% yoghurt or 0% cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for each dough then knead for 2 minutes.
- Then let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough then pour into a pie pan.
