Stubborn toilet limescale disappears with this ingredient

By Lesia

The stubborn toilet limescale disappears with vinegar.

Here’s how to use it:

  • Pour vinegar: Pour undiluted white vinegar directly onto the limescale buildup.
  • Let it sit: Allow the vinegar to sit for at least 30 minutes, or longer for particularly stubborn deposits.
  • Scrub: Scrub the affected areas with a toilet brush.
  • Rinse: Flush the toilet thoroughly with water.

For extra cleaning power:

  • Mix with baking soda: Create a paste of baking soda and vinegar and apply it to the limescale. Let it fizz for a few minutes before scrubbing.
  • Add essential oils: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, such as tea tree oil or lemon oil, to the vinegar for a pleasant aroma.

Vinegar’s acidity effectively dissolves limescale, leaving your toilet bowl sparkling clean.

Remember to always wear gloves when cleaning with vinegar.

I hope this helps!
