Tunisian-style tuna bricks that are golden brown
Ingredients
- Brick sheets
- canned tuna
- Eggs
- Potatoes
- A little finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Frying oil
- A few capers
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes.
- Place the tuna in a salad bowl, add the parsley, capers, salt and pepper. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them and add them to the preparation you have just made.
- Take your brick sheets and make triangles.
- Place your preparation in the center of half a sheet and add a portion of tuna.
- Close the triangle, making sure to seal the edges well.
- Repeat this operation with your other triangles.
- Finally, cook your triangles in the oil.
- Halfway through cooking, flip the bricks. They should be golden brown.
