1 – DETOX CRUNCH SALAD

100 g of cauliflower
Some broccoli
100 g of red cabbage
1 carrot
Parsley
Half a celery stalk
A handful of almonds
A few sunflower seeds
Preparation
Bring the cauliflower, carrot and broccoli together, finely chop the red cabbage and parsley. Chop the celery. Put everything in a bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and sunflower seeds. For the dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice, parsley and add a little honey and ginger. For more taste, let the dressing macerate in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
2 – CUCUMBER, TOMATO AND AVOCADO SALAD

2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 half avocado
1 half red onion
parsley
1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the vegetables, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado into cubes and the onion into thin slices. Finely chop the parsley.
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. For the dressing, mix two tablespoons of olive oil with the juice of a lemon, add the parsley, salt and pepper. Serve the salad fresh and enjoy!
3 – ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD

1 cucumber
1 half red onion
1 half red bell pepper
Rice vinegar
honey
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Red pepper flakes
salt
Preparation
Cut the cucumber into thin slices, the onion into thin strips and the bell pepper into small cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl.
For the sauce, mix sesame oil with honey and rice vinegar. Add sesame seeds, chili flakes and salt to taste.
You can serve this salad fresh or leave it in the refrigerator for up to one day, the cucumber will have had time to marinate in the dressing, giving it an infinite amount of flavor.
