Spoon doughnuts: how to make them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Moist and easy to make, you won’t be able to stop at just one!
Ingredients
250 g (2 cups) flour
190 mL (¾ cup) water
10 g (1 tablespoon) fresh yeast
6g of salt
Preparation
Whisk the yeast with warm water. Add the mixture to the flour and salt. Mix well.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Pour the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
