Three Stuffed Salted Mini Quiches
A simple recipe prepared by Sally, accessible to all. Savoury mini quiches with three fillings: meat, chicken, chicken spinach.
Ingredients
My last minute quiche dough for 6 mini quiches
One egg
50 ml of oil
50 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 c of salt
Herbs of Provence
1 c c baking powder
For the quiche mixture
3 eggs
180 g fresh cream or cream cheese
salt and pepper
Herbs of Provence, if you have a little sauce you can put 2 or 3 c s
For the stuffing (The ingredients are mentioned in the preparation of the stuffing)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients of the dough and collect with the flour, let rest 10 min, it is ready to be spread.
For the stuffing
Meat: Brown the minced meat in a little butter and a chopped onion, add salt and pepper, let it cook and at the end add a knob of butter, oregano and a grated clove of garlic and parsley off the heat.
Fill the quiche moulds halfway, top with cheese, then fill with the rest of our quiche mixture. Garnish with chopped mushrooms.
Chicken: Cook a chicken breast, crumble it once cooked, fry it in a little butter, salt, pepper, add spcl chicken spices or a little rosemary.
Add 2 tablespoons of the sauce of preparation and parsley and to pack in the moulds has quiches, to garnish with green olives and melted cheese. Before adding a little of our device then grated cheese to it.
Chicken Spinach: Same thing except add a little spinach, but not the rosemary, then fill the quiche molds.
