Easy Classic Genoa

Ingredients
4 eggs
125 g of sugar
125 g of flour
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Mix the yeast with the flour.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat the whites with a pinch of salt.
When they are very stiff, add the sugar and beat again.
Lower the speed of the food processor and add the 4 yolks at once, then immediately add the flour and baking powder.
Stop the processor very quickly so that the mixture doesn’t have time to fall, pour into the pan, smooth the surface and put in the oven immediately for 20 min.
Turn out warm and wait for the cake to cool before slicing it through the thickness and garnishing it.
