Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 180ml water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Then add water and oil.
- Form a homogeneous paste and leave to rest for an hour.
- Then divide it into 6 equal loaves and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll them out and let them sit for another hour.
- Then cook them in a non-stick pan.
