Ingredients
- 340g cream cheese
- 200g icing sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 citron
- 240g cold whipped cream
Preparation
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, salt then pour the lemon juice.
- Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest. Continue whisking and serve with lemon zest.
