No-Bake Butter Cake
Discover a magnificent version of a small butter cake without cooking offered by Saloua.
Ingredients
- 2 packet of small butter
- 1 bowl of coffee
- Coffee or vanilla flavor
- Pralin or slivered almonds
- Butter cream
- 250g soft butter
- 3 yolks
- 110 g of sugar
- 5 cl of water
Preparation
- Start by making coffee and let cool in a bowl.
- After we attack the Butter Cream!! In a saucepan put the sugar and water and heat to 108/109° degrees.
- In a bowl, whip the yolks at maximum power to whiten them and when the syrup has reached 108 degrees reduce the speed of the whisk to a minimum, and pour the syrup in a trickle over the yolks.
- Whisk until the mixture has completely cooled. About 5 good minutes, you must obtain a thick preparation.
- Add the butter in pieces and whisk for a few seconds to obtain the butter cream. Flavor the cream with the coffee flavoring (you can use spread or pistachio paste or melted chocolate).
- Once the cream is ready set aside.
- We attack the assembly take a rectangular or square dish or even a plate, the whole set that this one fits in the fridge.
- Put a sheet of baking paper and start by making a layer of biscuits that you stick next to each other, dipping them in the coffee just before!!!
- Once the 1st layer is finished, lay down a good layer of cream, sprinkle lightly with praline and, we redo a layer of biscuits (don’t forget to dip them in the coffee quickly!!!!!) we do this until you run out of cookies.
- Last layer on top should be butter cream, sprinkle with praline and refrigerate for a good hour.
- Cut out small squares and put in a box or leave as is and cut into pieces as for a cake.
