Yogurt cake recipe family and easy to prepare
A gourmet yoghurt cake for the whole family! ideal for snacks or picnics, easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 pot of yogurt (preferably plain)
- 2 jars of sugar
- 3 jars of flour
- 1/2 jar of neutral oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp orange or lemon zest
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 small piece of butter
Preparation
- Pour the plain yogurt into a bowl and keep the pot to use for the other ingredients.
- Add the sugar and mix well. Pour the flour and baking powder into the preparation and mix again.
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat them into an omelette and add them to the preparation.
- Pour in the oil and add the orange zest. Mix until you get a smooth paste.
- With a paper towel, butter the cake pan. Pour the preparation in.
- Bake the yogurt cake in the oven, th. 6 (180°C) for about half an hour.
- The cake is done when you stick a knife inside and it comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes. Turn it out onto a nice dish.
