A pan pizza is a great solution if you want to make a delicious pizza quickly and easily. Here is a basic recipe that you can easily vary according to your own taste:

Ingredients:

For the dough:
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water
For the topping:

Tomato sauce or pizza sauce
Grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, trappista, etc.)
Salami, ham, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives (to taste)
Spices (oregano, basil, etc.)
Preparation:

Preparing the dough:
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add the olive oil and water, then knead into a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough into a circle the size of a frying pan.
Prepare the frying pan:

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Grease the frying pan with olive oil.
Place the rolled out dough in the frying pan.
Cook the dough on both sides for about 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
Topping:
Spread the dough with tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
Add the toppings of your choice.
Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Season with oregano, basil or other spices.
Baking:
