Of course, here is a delicious and quick recipe for meat stew in a pan with vegetables:

Ingredients:

500 g chopped meat (e.g. pork, beef, chicken)
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of red pepper
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
salt, pepper to taste
1 dl of water or broth
Preparation:

Chop the onion, crush the garlic, dice the peppers and tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion.
Add the meat and fry until white.
Sprinkle with paprika and cumin, mix.

Add the garlic, peppers and tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour in the water or broth and cook, covered, over medium heat until the meat is tender.
If necessary, thicken the sauce with a little flour or starch.
Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
