COUNCILS:

Mix the dry ingredients well: Be sure to mix the sugar, cornstarch, and coffee evenly before adding the milk. This will help avoid lumps in the mixture.

Stir constantly: During cooking, it is important to constantly stir the mixture to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan and to achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture.

Don’t overboil: Avoid boiling the mixture for too long, as this can cause it to thicken excessively and become too dense. Remove the mixture from the heat as soon as it reaches the desired consistency.

Cool properly: After cooking, let the dessert cool to room temperature before refrigerating. This will help it get the right texture when it cools in the refrigerator.

Serve creatively: If you wish, you can serve this dessert with an extra touch, such as a pinch of cocoa powder, some whipped cream, or some chocolate shavings. This will add extra flavor and presentation.

I hope these tips help you make a delicious dessert that will impress everyone!
