3 eggs
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
1 medium orange
120 mL (½ cup) milk
120 mL (½ cup) vegetable oil
180 g (1 cup) sugar
16 g (3 ⅓ tbsp.) baking powder
a pinch of salt
80 g (½ cup) chocolate chips
1 orange
Preparation
Slice unpeeled oranges and mix with eggs, milk and vegetable oil.
When mixture is smooth and no orange pieces remain, add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Nix until smooth.
Fold chocolate chips into batter.
Pour the batter into a parchment lined pan and bake at 180°C/350°F for 50 minutes.
