Pizza style zucchini

Ingredients :
For 2 persons
2 zucchinis
1 jar of tomato coulis
2 tomatoes
1 large ball of mozzarella
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
A few herbs of Provence
Fresh basil

Steps:
- First, preheat your oven to 180 °C.
- Wash your zucchini and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them in an ovenproof dish after removing the seeds with a small spoon.
- Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices, along with the mozzarella.
- Add breadcrumbs to each half of the zucchini to help absorb moisture.
- Spread the coulis on top, then arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately.
- Pour a drizzle of olive oil over the whole, sprinkle with herbs de Provence and bake for 30 minutes.
You can serve your zucchini pizza style alone or with rice.
