Lemon pound cake: the recipe to make it soft and delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr of flour 00
16 gr of baking powder
4 eggs
250 gr of caster sugar
150 gr of seed oil
Zest of two lemons
70 gr of lemon juice
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and lemon zest. Then add the lemon juice and mix.
Sift flour and yeast and add to batter.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
