Three ingredient sponge cake: the easy way to make it perfect

Ingredients:
6 eggs
180 grams of sugar
180 grams of flour 00

Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is foamy. Then gradually incorporate the sifted flour.
Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter pan and bake at 320°F (165°) for 50 minutes.
