Chicken with mustard and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 220 g mushrooms
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1/2 glass of water
- 3 shallots
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 3 tbsp tarragon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
First, chop your shallots and dilute the bouillon cube in a glass of water.
Sauté the sliced shallots in a pan with the olive oil for 3 minutes, stirring without browning them.
Then add the mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the chicken broth on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
Fry the chicken breasts in another non-stick pan, making sure they are browned on both sides.
Add them to the mushroom mixture with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the chicken and add the mustard, sour cream and tarragon and mix well.
Then put the chicken breast in a plate and pour your sauce over it, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
