Pizza without dough, the preparation of which takes only 5 minutes of your time! A simple, quick and delicious dinner!

Pizza prepared according to this recipe is brown, juicy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

For the top:

-300-350 g of chicken breast (one piece);

-50 g of bread (2 slices) + 3 tablespoons of water;

-½ teaspoon grated salt (or to taste).

For the filling:

-100 g of onion;

-2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;

– a clove of garlic;

-5-6 Champignon mushrooms (about 100 g);

-100 g of cheese;

– half a tomato or 3 cherry tomatoes (optional);

-salt — to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the topping: break the bread slices into pieces and pour 3 tablespoons of water over them. Let them absorb the water.

2.Cut the chicken breast into pieces.

3.Put the soaked meat and bread through the meat grinder. Add salt and mix (if you want, you can add any spices — we prefer to prepare the top with maximum neutral taste). Knead the composition well and beat it against the walls of the bowl 15-20 times, so that it becomes more malleable.

4. Then, moistening your hands with water, spread it in the form of a circle with a diameter of 30 cm on the tray lined with baking paper.

5. Prepare the filling: cut the onion into cubes, the mushrooms into slices and the tomatoes into rings.

6. Grate the cheese through a large grater.

7. Mix the tomato sauce with the garlic passed through the garlic press.

8. Grease the top of the meat with the tomato sauce.

9. Spread the onion cubes, half of the cheese, the mushrooms and the tomatoes on its surface one by one. If necessary, salt the ingredients to taste, and then sprinkle them with the remaining cheese.

10. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 250 °C.

11. Transfer it to a plate or a food processor. 

12. Portion it and serve it with pleasure!
