CORN CAKE IN BLENDER
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
3 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
1 can green corn
2 cups (tea) sugar
1 cup corn flour
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 liter of milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions:
- In a blender, put all the ingredients except the yeast, blend everything very well, add the yeast and mix manually with the help of a spatula until all the yeast is dissolved (blender off).
- Grease a baking pan with butter and cornmeal and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
