Lemon flan
Ingredients :
50 cl milk
4 eggs
50 cl milk
150 g of sugar
120 g of flour
50 g butter
50 g lemon juice
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Melt butter and heat milk separately.
- In a bowl, beat eggs vigorously for 3 minutes. Gradually stir in the melted butter and flour, then add the sugar. Once the mixture is homogeneous, pour the milk and the lemon juice. Mix well.
- Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the bottom of the pan before baking for 1 hour.
- When removed from the oven, let the lemon flan cool and then remove from the pan.
