Lemon flan

Ingredients :
50 cl milk
4 eggs
50 cl milk
150 g of sugar
120 g of flour
50 g butter
50 g lemon juice

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Melt butter and heat milk separately.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs vigorously for 3 minutes. Gradually stir in the melted butter and flour, then add the sugar. Once the mixture is homogeneous, pour the milk and the lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the bottom of the pan before baking for 1 hour.
  5. When removed from the oven, let the lemon flan cool and then remove from the pan.
