Soft and elastic tortillas: how to make them perfect in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) flour
470 ml (2 cups) water
5 g (1 teaspoon) salt
5 g (1 teaspoon) sugar
15g (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
METHOD
In a bowl put the flour then gradually add the water and mix the dough. When everything is well mixed, add the sugar, salt and oil and mix it all together.
Preheat the pan and ladle in the dough and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Turn the tortilla over and cook on both sides. After cooking, cover with a tea towel.
