Homemade bread: how to make it crusty and delicious
Ingredients:
380 g flour 0
240 g water
4 grams brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon honey/sugar
8 g salt
Directions:
- First dissolve yeast in water and add honey.
- Pour the mixture into the flour and start mixing.
- Then add the salt and shape into a smooth dough by hand.
- Leave to rest for 20 minutes, then work vigorously.
- Place in a greased bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Knead the dough as shown in the video and leave to rise for an hour.
- Moisten the surface of the bread with a little water and sprinkle with a little flour.
- Cut the bread on the side and bake at 240° for 10 minutes, then bake at 210° for 30 minutes.
