No-bake chocolate cookies: ready with just 6 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
300g (3 cups) small cookies
30 g (2 tablespoons) butter
300 ml (1.23 cups) milk
100 g (0.8 cups) powdered sugar
15 g (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder
125 g (0.7 cups) milk chocolate
Pistachio, chopped
METHOD
Chop the cookies, add the softened butter, sugar, cocoa and milk, then knead to a fine dough and roll in cling film. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut the roll into 2 cm-thick pieces and dip into the chocolate. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios over the still-liquid chocolate.
