Very easy apple tart
Ingredients
1 kg apples
1 cup flour
1 glass milk
1 glass sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Peach jam (or other flavor)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel all the apples except one for the decoration. Dice and blend.
Beat the milk, sifted flour, sugar, 2 eggs, butter and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Grease a baking dish, then add a little flour to prevent the mixture from sticking. Roll out the dough.
Cut leftover apples for decoration into half-moons and decorate the top of the tart. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
