Cube bread: soft and full of flavour!

INGREDIENTS
120 ml (0.5 cup) water
7g dry yeast
35 g (0.2 cups) sugar
7g salt
20g condensed milk
110 ml (0.45 cups) cream
350 g (2.9 cups) all-purpose flour
1 egg
Hazelnut cream
Strawberry jam
powdered sugar

METHOD
Mix all ingredients and knead dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Roll out cake and fold to size 22 cm x 14 cm x 2 cm. Cut into squares. Place squares on an ovenproof tray and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Brush with egg. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
