Roast potatoes coated in breadcrumbs: a side dish you can whip up in no time!
How to make crispy, delicious potatoes in no time!
INGREDIENTS
600g potatoes
Salt
Dried rosemary
Paprika
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs

METHOD
- Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Leave in cold water for about an hour. Pour the potatoes into boiling salted water and .
2 boiling water for approx. 5 minutes.
Season with salt, dried rosemary and a pinch of sweet paprika. Then add the oil, Parmesan and breadcrumbs and mix well. - Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, add fresh rosemary and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F/180°C for approx. 25 minutes.
4 Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
