Sacher cake: the easy way to make a classic, tasty dessert
Ingredients:
120g dark chocolate
100g butter
50g milk
3 eggs
40g sugar
40g sugar
75g “00” flour
30g cocoa powder
FILLING:
150g peach jam
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
150g dark chocolate
150 ml cream
10g butter
Directions:
- Chop the chocolate and melt with the butter and milk. Then add the yolks.
- Beat the egg whites with 40 g sugar until stiff and add to the mixture.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa, then add to the rest.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Stuff with the jam and garnish with the remaining flour.
