Savory muffin with peas: perfect for a tasty appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
350g (3 cups) flour
130 ml (½ cup) milk
140 ml (¾ cup) vegetable oil
4 eggs
20 g (2 tbsp.) parmesan cheese
16 g (4 tsp) baking powder
A pinch of salt
Cheese Cubes
ham
Cooked peas
METHOD
Place the dry ingredients and the peas and ham in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and wet ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures and pour into a muffin tin.
Place a cube of cheese in the middle of the muffins.
Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
