Garlic Mushrooms ready in minutes!

Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 squeeze of lemon juice
550 g mushrooms, white
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons parsley, smooth, chopped
salt and pepper
preparation
1. First rub the mushrooms with a cloth. Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
2. Now lightly brown the garlic in it for 30-60 seconds. Add the mushrooms and stir until the mushrooms have absorbed all the oil.
Also very tasty: oven fillets, I could eat them every day!
3. Now continue cooking on low heat until they release the juice, then continue stirring (3 to 4 minutes) until the juice has evaporated. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Complete!
