Crumble cake with vanilla pudding, incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
For the dough
320 g flour
200 g sugar
200 g butter
3 eggs
1 pack baking powder
1 pack vanilla sugar
For the topping
1 l milk
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
2 packs of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of sugar
For the crumbles
300 g flour
150 g sugar
150 g butter

preparation
1. First the pudding is prepared; To do this, dissolve the two pudding powder packets in a little milk with the sugar, bring the rest of the milk to the boil and then stir in the vanilla pudding.
2. After a minute, bring to the boil, remove the pudding from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir every now and then so that no lumps form.
3. Now prepare the cake batter by mixing the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs and gradually adding the flour and baking powder.

4. Then spread the cake batter evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out, then pour the vanilla pudding over it and spread it out evenly.
5. Finally, the crumbles are prepared by mixing all the ingredients together or kneading them into crumbles by hand. Then spread on the cake (on the vanilla pudding).
6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 190° C for approx. 35 to 40 minutes
