Salmon and Avocado Tartare
Salmon and avocado tartare is a fresh and colorful dish made from finely chopped cubes of salmon and avocado flesh. Everything is garnished with lemon, red onions and parsley for a delicate and delicious taste.
Ingredients
- 300g fresh salmon
- 1 ripe avocado of 200 g
- 1 red pepper
- 100g mango flesh
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- chive
- tabasco to taste
- salt pepper
Preparation
- Take the fresh salmon remove the skin and cut it into cubes, put it in a bowl then season with salt.
- Wash the bell pepper and cut into cubes then cut the mango flesh into cubes.
- Add to the salmon then mix.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- Peel the avocado and remove the central part and cut the flesh into cubes then sprinkle with lime juice, olive oil and Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Take a small circle of steel and put first the avocado and finally the salmon, decorate with grated chives.
