Mini Hamburgers with an inescapable magic dough, it is super easy, the bread is very soft and the meat very tender.

Ingredients

  • For the dough: (choose a glass for the measurements)
  • 6 glasses of flour
  • 2 glasses of lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 good tablespoon of baker’s yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 glass of oil
  • For garnish
  • Sliced ​​tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise, ketchup
  • Green salad
  • Hamburger cheese
  • Ground meat or ground chicken cutlet

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sourdough by putting in the bowl of the kneader: 2 glasses of flour, 2 glasses of warm water, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, yeast and sugar.
  2. Mix with a whisk and let rise for 10 minutes. Once risen, add in the same bowl 4 glass of flour oil and the spoon of salt. Knead 3 to 4 minutes, and let rise a second time.
  3. Once risen, weigh balls of 25 gr shape them and put them on a baking tray, let rise again, then brush with egg yolk and garnish with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 180°C once the base is golden, turn on the heat from the top and let it take on a beautiful golden color. Take out of the oven and let cool down.
