“Bounty” roulade without baking – a formidable dessert that competes with complicated cakes!
We present you the recipe for an amazing dessert. A pronounced taste of chocolate and the delicacy of coconut flakes will give a special pleasure to the taste buds.
From simple and perfectly combined ingredients, you get a dessert worthy of any festive table. What else, you won’t even need an oven to prepare a genuine dessert that can easily compete with a cake or cake prepared in the most famous restaurant.
ingredients
– 200 g of biscuits
– 20-100 g of sugar
– 80 g coconut flakes
– 60 g of powdered sugar
– 100 ml of water
– 2 spoons of cocoa powder
-80 g of butter
Method of preparation
1. Crush the biscuits and mix them with cocoa powder. You can use a food processor.
2. Dissolve the sugar in hot water (the amount of sugar depends on how sweet the cookies are). Allow the sugar water to cool. Gradually add the sugar water to the cookie bowl, stirring constantly. Get a homogeneous and viscous mass.
3. Mix the softened butter (at room temperature) with the coconut flakes and powdered sugar.
4. Arrange the chocolate “dough” on the food foil. Spread it in a not too thick, rectangular-shaped counter. Arrange the butter and coconut mixture on it.
5. Roll the top. Put the dessert in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
6. Cut the roll into slices. Use a sharp knife.
