3 potatoes and 1 egg: recipe ingredients and preparation.
For this recipe, get:
the base:
- 3 medium potatoes (500 g)
- 1 egg
- 100 g farina
- 1 pinch of salt
the stuffing:
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella type cheese for pizza
Peel the potatoes, first cut them lengthwise and then into chunks, arrange them in a glass bowl with a trickle of water, cover them with a porcelain plate without decorations or metal inserts, then put them in the microwave and cook them for 10 minutes at 600 /800W.

After this time, take them out of the oven, add the egg, flour and salt. Mix well with a spatula or a wooden spoon, then mix with your hands. You have to get a soft dough. Divide it into two equal parts.
Flatten them well. Pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan, then arrange the first disc and spread it with your fingertips.
Distribute the tomato sauce evenly. Cut the mozzarella for pizza into cubes, put them on the sauce and cover with the second disc of potato dough. Seal the edges by pressing with your fingers and cook your sweet flame potato pizza for 8 minutes.
Grease a lid, turn it over and continue cooking for another 7 minutes.
