Potato Gratin with Parmesan
For a quick and easy side dish, a tasty potato gratin always fits well on the menu, a simple recipe to prepare.
Ingredients
- 700g potatoes
- 60 g grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Herb de Provence
- 5 tablespoons of skimmed milk
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes then blanch them for 10 minutes in salted water.
- Then drain them and cut them into 3 to 4 mm slices.
- In a salad bowl put the parmesan and the nutmeg then mix.
- In a gratin dish, put a layer of potatoes then sprinkle with parmesan, cover with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle the rest of the parmesan and sprinkle with the Provencal herbs.
- Then sprinkle everything with 5 spoons of milk and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C.
