Easy Green Bean Salad with Tuna

The very few calories and the fresh taste make it ideal even for those who are careful of the line. Let’s see what is needed for the preparation of green bean and tuna salad.

Ingredients

  • 150g of tuna
  •  2 eggs
  • 200g green beans
  • A few cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of green salad
  • A few olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • 3 tbsp vinegar

Preparation

  1. Steam the green beans for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water for 9 minutes.
  3. Prepare the dressing. You can recover the oil from the tuna (I always buy tuna in olive oil).
  4. Pour over the salad.
  5. Divide this among the plates. Add the tuna, green beans, chopped parsley, olives and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Pour the rest of the vinaigrette or offer it separately.
